Are you the leader who will build tomorrow's senior living communities?

We are looking for someone to lead Solhemmet's ambitious drive to develop and build the next generation of senior living communities in Sweden. As Project Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and driving construction projects from concept to completion, in close collaboration with municipalities, contractors, and our internal team.

You will work in a dynamic environment where each project is unique and requires your ability to find creative solutions, manage challenges, and ensure we always deliver with the highest quality – on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities

As Project Leader at Solhemmet, you will have a broad and varied range of responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate construction projects from early stages to final inspection and handover
Responsible for project finances, timeline, and quality
Build and maintain relationships with municipalities, property owners, and contractors
Drive procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Report project status and results to management
Actively contribute to Solhemmet's business development and strategic growth

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong drive and desire to create change. You are a natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, while also being analytical and structured in your approach.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction or real estate industry
Documented experience of leading complex construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good understanding of construction and contract law
Experience of financial management and budget work
Fluent Swedish and English, oral and written

Meriting

Experience of public procurement processes
Knowledge of sustainable construction and environmental certifications
Experience from the healthcare sector
Relevant university education in construction, real estate or project management
