Oskarshamn

In central Oskarshamn at the intersection of Hantverksgatan/Kirkebogatan, with a view over the duck pond, Solhemmet has been entrusted to build the senior residence Gråsparven (named after the neighborhood). The project consists of four lamella buildings with 46 generous apartments of 71-98 sqm and a large heated glazed courtyard where residents can meet, organize joint activities and socialize at all hours of the day. The building also includes a ground floor space reserved for home care services.
